Charles Anderson Jr.

Pastor Charles Anderson is a native of Alexandria, Louisiana. During his service in the U. S. Army at Fort Polk in Leesville, Louisiana, he answered the call to preach at the age of twenty-three. In 1990, Pastor Anderson was licensed and ordained to preach the Gospel at Greater New Hope Baptist Church in Alexandria, Louisiana, under the leadership of Senior Pastor Reverend Simm James.  Read more

Rev. Dr. Don Davis

Founder and Director of World Impact’s Urban Ministry Institute
A native of Wichita, Kansas, Dr. Davis attended Wheaton College and Wheaton Graduate School, and graduated summa cum laude in both his B.A. (1988) and M.A. (1989) degrees, in Biblical Studies and Systematic Theology respectively. He earned his Ph.D. in Religion from the University of Iowa School of Religion (2000). Having served churches as both an associate and senior pastor, Don has served as Director of World Impact Wichita, as well as its Vice President of Education, and has been on staff with World Impact since 1975.  Read more

Pastor Rickie has served as lead pastor for thirty-one years. In the July 2007 issue of Outreach Magazine, First Southwest Baptist was named among the top 25 multiplying churches in North America by Dr. Ed Stetzer of Life Way Research.
For 23 years he has served as a Church Consultant for Union Baptist Association in Houston, Texas. As a consultant at Union Baptist Association, he is responsible for church planting, community transformation, church leadership development and church consultations for transforming revival in the Criminal Justice System.  Read More

Pastor Murray was first called by God to be a minister in December of 2000 as a member of the Brookhollow Baptist Church. There he and his wife Marcella sat under the anointed and inspirational teaching of Pastor Ralph West. To stretch and grow in his newly discovered gift, he taught foundational classes for new members and participated in the Kyrgma ministry; a ministry designed for the preparation and training of preachers. Based in Houston, Texas, Paul and his wife susie have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Paul has served pastorally for over 20 years. Paul is also the founder of Creation Designz a Houston Marketing and design company.  From flying around in helicoptors, planting churces, preaching, teaching, ministering to youth camps, or working with fortune 500 companies, Paul spends his time helping ministries and business’s alike grow and shape thier organizations! Paul is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Epiphany Life Change and the South Regional Leader for Harvest Network International.

Frank McGhee, Jr.

Ordained Minister / Bethels Family
Frank received Christ as Savior age 13. He began teaching the bible at age 15. He is married to Patricia A. McGhee and on July 15, 2017, they celebrate 45 years of marriage. He is the father of two adult children and a grandfather of an adult grandson and a 12-year-old granddaughter. He is a graduate of Southern University Agricultural and Mechanical College, Baton Rouge, La. with a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology – (Electronics Engineering Technology). Read more

Born in Abington PA, James joined the United States Air Force and relocated to Texas in 1987. He was licensed to preach on May 15th 2011. In that time, he has lead and served in various ministries. In 2000, he served as a teacher and founder of the B.E.A.C.O.N.S (Boys Educated About Christ Only Need Structure) ministry. In 2003, he joined Bethel’s Family Baptist Church. Shortly after joining, James and his lovely wife Yolanda were called to lead the Youth H.O.M.E. Groups ministry. In 2004 He accepted the role of youth ministry director where they served faithfully for 6 years. Read more
